Whenever I tried to read Calculus books, I would just get confused and want to give up, but with Doing Calculus All Night Long, I'm able to see the process behind the different Calculus problems. The book is fun to read, easy to understand, and has plenty of practice problems to make sure you understand the material. Now I'm a STEM major! Bruce Shapiro is an excellent writer and I hope he sets a new trend for textbook writers. It's very easy to see who wants to write a good textbook for students and who wants write an expensive textbook for students.
